The complainant has requested information related to the Probate return forms
from the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). HMRC said that it did not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, HMRC does
not hold information within the scope of the request and has therefore complied
with section 1(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require HMRC to take any further steps.
