The complainant requested information from Bath College (“the College”) relating to certain courses and members of staff. The College disclosed some information in response to the request, however it refused to disclose the remainder, citing section 40(2) of FOIA as a basis for non-disclosure.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the College has failed to comply with sections 1(1)(b) and 10(1) of FOIA.
The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
