The complainant has requested information regarding property valuation details. The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) said it not hold some of the information requested it also said that some of the information constituted the complainants own personal information.
It withheld the remainder of the information under section 44(1)(a) of FOIA.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the VOA is correct to refuse the information under section 44(1)(a) of the FOIA.
The Commissioner does not require further steps.
