Ockbrook and Borrowash Parish Council

The complainant has requested information held by Ockbrook and Barrowash Parish Council (the parish council) in relation to the reclassification of greenbelt land at specific locations. Whilst the Commissioner has found that the request is for environmental information, he is satisfied that, on the balance of probabilities, the requested information is not held and that the parish council is entitled to rely on regulation 12(4)(a) of the EIR as its basis for refusing the complainant’s request.
