The complainant submitted a request to the Governing Body of Belfast Royal Academy (the academy) for financial information relating to the academy and Ben Madigan Preparatory School.
The Commissioner’s decision is that section 36(2)(c)(prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs) of FOIA is engaged and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
The Commissioner does not require further steps as a result of this decision notice.
