The complainant requested information from West Suffolk Council (“the Council”) about a wide range of subjects including food hygiene inspection reports, information about waste vehicles and information about Council buildings. The Council refused the request under section 14(1) of FOIA (vexatious requests). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to refuse the request under section 14(1) of FOIA.
