Thanet District Council

The Commissioner’s decision is that Thanet District Council (the Council) is entitled to withhold the requested information associated with the Berth 4/5 project at Ramsgate Port under regulation 12(4)(d) - Material in the course of completion, unfinished documents, and incomplete data  of the EIR as it relates to material in the course of completion. It is not necessary for the Council to take any steps as a result of this decision.
