The complainant requested information regarding the Core Eligibility Criteria for access to specific NHS services. The NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) provided information in scope of the request but denied holding any further information specified. 
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the ICB did not hold any further information at the time of the request and has complied with section 1(1)(a) of FOIA.
The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
