The complainant has requested information from Thanet District Council (the Council) in relation to actions set by the Planning Inspectorate being completed within a 6 month time scale.
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold any further information within scope of the request.
The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps as a result of this decision.
