The complainant has requested information regarding ICD10 first diagnosis discharge codes and cases. University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) cited sections 12 and 40 of FOIA to withhold the requested information.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust was entitled to rely on section 12 of FOIA to withhold information in scope of the request.
The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
