London Borough of Ealing

The complainant has requested information in relation to Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) located in Perivale Ward in the London Borough of Ealing. 
Although responding to some parts of the request, the London Borough of Ealing (the Council) refused the request relying on section 12 (Cost of compliance exceeds appropriate limit). 
The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council was entitled to rely on section 12 to refuse the request.
The Commissioner does not require the Council to take further steps in relation to this complaint.
