Potto Parish Council

The complainant has requested information relating to communications with the Council’s external auditor. Potto Parish Council (“the council”) stated it did not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold any further recorded information falling within the scope of the request. The Commissioner also finds the Council breached section 10 by failing to respond to the request within twenty working days. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
