Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office FCDO (previously FCO)

The complainant has requested information relating to the chartering of a plane for the Foreign Secretary. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is entitled to redact the information withheld under section 24, national security; section 35(1)(d), the operation of any Ministerial private office; section 38, Health and Safety; and section 40(2), personal data. The Commissioner does not require FCDO take any further steps.
