The complainant has requested from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (the FCDO) correspondence between the then Prince of Wales (now King Charles) and the then Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary (Sir Alec Douglas-Home) on a specific topic between January 1973 and 1974.
