The Commissioner’s decision is that the part 1 information engages section 43(2) but the part 2 information doesn’t. The public interest lies in maintaining the exemption in relation to the part 1 information. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take the following steps to ensure compliance with the legislation: disclose the part 2 information.
