The complainant requested information regrading communications between UK Sport (UKS) and the British Volleyball Federation (BVF). UKS refused the request citing sections 40(2) (personal information), section 41 (information provided in confidence) and section 43 (commercial interests) of FOIA.
The Commissioner’s decision is that UKS was entitled to refuse the information on the basis of section 41 of FOIA.
No steps are required as a result of this decision.
