Chief Constable West Yorkshire Police

The complainant requested information from West Yorkshire Police (WYP) relating to policies, standards, or procedures linked to calls to 101 or 999 numbers. WYP refused the request citing section 12(1) (cost limit) of FOIA.
The Commissioner’s decision is that WYP was entitled to refuse the request in accordance with section 12(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner also finds that WYP complied with its obligations under section 16 to offer advice and assistance. 
The Commissioner does not require any steps.
