The complainant requested information relating to a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO). Kent County Council (the “council”) provided some information and subsequently disclosed further information during the Commissioner’s investigation. The Commissioner’s decision is that, in failing to provide all the
requested information until the time of its internal review, the council breached regulation 5(2) and regulation 11(4) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require the council to take further steps.
