Puxton Parish Council

The complainant has requested information regarding the accounts for Puxton Parish Council (“the council”). The council disclosed some information, however the complainant specified further information which they considered should be held by it. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the council does not hold any of the further information specified by the complainant for the purposes of section 1 of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
