- Decision(s) FOI 1(1): Upheld, FOI 10(1): Upheld, FOI 17(1): Upheld
The complainant requested communications between an MP and their office and the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA). IPSA disclosed relevant information, redacting some of it under various exemptions. The complainant considers that IPSA holds further relevant information. The Commissioner’s decision is that IPSA holds no further relevant information. The timeliness of IPSA’s response didn’t comply with sections 1(1), 10(1) and 17(1) of FOIA, however. No steps are necessary.
