1.    The complainant has requested information held by the PSNI as detailed in paragraph 4 below.  The PSNI withheld the requested information, citing section 30(1)(a) (investigations and proceedings) of FOIA.
2.    The Commissioner’s decision is that the exemption is engaged and the public interest lies in maintaining the exemption.
3.    The Commissioner does not require any further steps to be taken.
