The complainant requested information regarding works for a named street over a certain period of time. London Borough of Islington (the council) disclosed information in scope of the request, stating at internal review that the documents provided met the scope of the request. 
The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the council provided the relevant information it held in scope of the request.
The Commissioner does not require any steps as a result of this decision.
