The complainant requested information from the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ) related to chemtrails. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, DESNZ does not hold the requested information. Regulation 12(4)(a) of the EIR therefore applies to the request. DESNZ complied with its duties under regulation 9 (advice and assistance) and but breached regulation 10 (transfer of request). The Commissioner does not require DESNZ to take any steps.
