DBT provided some information in the scope of the request and relied on the FOIA exemptions at section 41(1) – Information provided in confidence and section 43(2) Commercial interests, to withhold the remaining information. The Commissioner’s decision is that DBT correctly applied FOIA section 41(1) to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
