Thames Water Limited

1.    The complainant has requested information from Thames Water in relation to repair works carried out on a sewer pipe in a particular area. Thames Water provided information in response to the complainant’s request, however, the complainant is not satisfied with this as they consider that further information is held by Thames Water/its contractors. 
2.    The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, Thames Water has provided all the information it holds in relation to the request and that neither it nor its contractors hold further information.
3.    The Commissioner does not require Thames Water to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
