The complainant has requested workforce diversity information relating to the Courts, Criminal and Family Justice Directorate, including employee numbers broken down by grade and ethnicity from 2020/21 onwards.
The MOJ held no information in a disclosable format for 2021 to 2022 but disclosed some information within the scope of the request for 2023 to 2024 relying on section 40(2) of FOIA (third party personal information) to withhold the remainder.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the MOJ has correctly relied on section 40(2) of FOIA to withhold the information.
