The complainant submitted an information request to Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust (the trust) for policies and guidance relating to audio recordings.
The trust disclosed documents in response to the request; however, the complainant considers that the trust holds further information within the scope of their request.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the trust does not hold further information in relation to the request. However in failing to respond to the request within the statutory timescale, the trust breached sections 1(1) and 10(1) of FOIA.
The Commissioner does not require further steps, as a result of this notice.
