The complainant has requested information about DWP‑funded Employment Services within Talking Therapies. North East London NHS Foundation Trust (‘the trust’) advised it doesn’t hold some of the requested information and withheld the relevant contract it does hold under section 43(2) of FOIA. This information concerns commercial interests. The Commissioner’s decision is that the information the trust is withholding doesn’t engage section 43(2) of FOIA. 
The Commissioner requires that the trust takes the following step to ensure compliance with the legislation: Disclose to the complainant the information that it withheld under section 43(2) of FOIA, with personal data redacted.
