Avon and Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner (“the public authority”) relied on section 41(1) of FOIA (information provided in confidence) to withhold the information. 
The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority was entitled to rely on section 41(1) of FOIA to withhold the requested information.
