The complainant requested information about the history of residential parking permits issued in respect of a specified group of properties managed by their management company. Warwickshire County Council (the council) withheld the information under section 40(2) of FOIA on the basis that it was the personal data of third parties.
The Commissioner considers that section 40(2) of FOIA applies to the withheld information and that the council is entitled to rely on the exemption in this case.
The Commissioner does not require any steps as a result of this decision.
