The complainant has requested information relating to Prevent training. The Home Office disclosed some information but it refused to disclose materials used for ideology training, citing sections 24 (National security), 36 (Prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs), 38 (Health and safety), 40 (Personal information) and 41 (Information provided in confidence). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Home Office was entitled to rely on section 24 to refuse part (b) of the request.
