The complainant has requested copies of external reviews and resultant action plans relating to maternity services run by East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (the Trust). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust is entitled to rely on section 41(1) of FOIA to refuse disclosure of an external review which it holds in scope of part three of the request.
