The complainant has requested information from the Metropolitan Police Service (the “MPS”) about one of its Commanders. The MPS disclosed some information but refused to disclose the remainder, citing section 40(2) (Personal information) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the exemption is properly engaged.
