Due to historic outstanding requests Chief Constable Greater Manchester Police had continually failed to meet its data protection obligations when responding to subject access requests (SARs) infringing Article 12(3) of UK GDPR, Article 15 of UK GDPR and Section 45, Part 3 of DPA 2018 and Section 54, Part 3 of DPA 2018.
