The Information Commissioner issued a Practice Recommendation to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council following evidence of non-compliance with the Code of Practice on the management of records, issued under section 46 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Council must provide the Commissioner with an update on the recommendations made by October 2026.
