20 August 2024 - We’ve published new sector-specific versions of the privacy notice generator for customer and supplier information. These are for the following sectors:
- Professional services (including finance, insurance and legal services);
- Education and childcare;
- Health and social care; and
- Charity and voluntary.
19 August 2024 - We've updated the privacy notice generator for staff and volunteer information based on feedback. We've amended the content on lawful bases, international transfers, data sharing and individual rights.
9 August 2024 - We've updated the privacy notice generator for customer and supplier information based on feedback. We've amended the content on lawful bases, international transfers, data sharing and individual rights.
31 May 2024 - We've updated the tools based on feedback. We've amended the content on retention schedules, children's data, joint controllers and data processors.
Our privacy notice generators for professional services, education and childcare, health and social care, and charity and voluntary sectors are currently under construction. The general business and staff and volunteers generators are now available to use again, but are still being developed and updated.
