Approval of the certification schemes in this register remain valid. However, due to the Data (Use and Access) Act coming into law on 19 June 2025, they are under review and may be subject to change.
We have approved the following criteria according to Article 42(5) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
- ADISA ICT Asset Recovery Certification 8.0 [ICO-CSC/004:2]
- Age Check Certification Scheme (ACCS) [ICO - CSC /001]
- Age Appropriate Design Certification Scheme (AADCS) [ICO - CSC /002]
