You need to pay the tier two fee
Based on your answers, you're required to pay the data protection fee. You're in tier two, which means your fee will be £78.
On Monday 17 February the cost of the data protection fee increased following a government consultation on proposed changes. Further information including the new rates can be found at Changes to the data protection fee.
How to pay
If you pay your fee annually by credit or debit card, cheque or BACS, please follow the instructions on our payment page.
You can also set up a direct debit with us. Organisations that pay by direct debit get a £5 discount on your fee.
If you have an existing direct debit and your tier has stayed the same, your registration will be automatically renewed so you don't need to take any action.
No matter how you pay your fee, if the amount you need to pay this year is different from the amount you paid last year - you must let us know before renewing your fee.
