Use the average number of staff employed in your organisation during the last full financial year.
To find the average, add together the number of staff members (that’s all your employees, workers, office holders including directors and partners) you employed in each month and divide by 12 (or the number of months in your organisation’s financial year).
You should include yourself in the number of staff you have.
