Complain to the ICO
If you have had no response from the organisation after one month, you can complain to us.
If you complain to us, you’ll need to provide the following information:

- copies of any letters or emails about your complaint, between you and the organisation (if you submit a screenshot of any emails, messages, letters etc. please include the date you received or sent them); and
- any other evidence that supports your complaint.
If you’re complaining for someone else, you will need to send us a letter of consent signed by them or evidence that you can act on their behalf.
If you do not provide the information we need, it may delay the progress of your complaint.
