Please note: it is highly unlikely the we will consider it appropriate or proportionate to take enforcement action against a home CCTV user. 

Any enforcement action we take must meet the criteria in our Regulatory Action Policy.

If you cannot resolve the issue with the CCTV user, you may wish to pursue a private legal claim in the court under data protection law. If you're considering taking legal action, we recommend you get independent legal advice.
