The ICO and coronavirus
In line with Government advice, our offices are closed and our staff are working from home. We continue to deliver all our services, but we ask you to bear with us if there is a delay in dealing with your enquiry.
We are here to help
Our helplines remain open. You can call us on 0303 123 1113 or contact us via live chat. As staff are working from home, our textphone service is currently unavailable but you may find live chat a suitable alternative.
You can continue to report, enquire, register and raise complaints with us using the web forms below.
We encourage you to use our website wherever possible for information and guidance. If you’re a small business, you may find our new SME hub is a good place to start.
We also run a dedicated advice service for small organisations which includes sole traders, people who work for themselves, small businesses, small charities, schools, local councils, start-ups, and small- to medium-sized enterprises.
Our COVID-19 information hub helps individuals and organisations navigate data protection and information rights issues during this unprecedented time. Details of our pragmatic and proportionate approach to regulation during the pandemic can also be found here.
For information about what we do with personal data see our privacy notice.
