ICO register of data protection codes of conduct

Approval of the code of conduct in this register remains valid. However, due to the Data (Use and Access) Act coming into law on 19 June 2025, it is under review and may be subject to change.

Contents

We have approved the following codes of conduct according to:

Article 40(5) of the UK GDPR;
Regulation 32A(5) of PECR; or
Section 71A(6) of part 3 of the Data Protection Act.

How to use the register

You can search the register by entering the code name or the code reference number. Each entry contains the code of conduct, approval date, contact details of the code owner and contact details of the monitoring body or bodies.
