How can we help?

The quickest and easiest way to find the answer you’re looking for is to check if a fellow small organisation or sole trader has already asked it.

Start a new conversation

Whatever you’re struggling with, we’re happy to help.

To start a new conversation, you can call our helpline on 0303 123 1113 (local charges apply) or start a live chat.

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Follow up on an existing enquiry

If you’re already in touch with us about something in particular, please find the direct dial number of the case officer handling your enquiry, which will be at the end of any emails or letters you’ve had from them.

You can then contact your case officer directly instead of calling our helpline.

For more information about how you can get in touch, please see our main contact us page.

Get help with data protection

If you’re a small business, small charity or group employing fewer than 50 staff, you can invite one of our expert advisors to check how well you’re doing and offer some tips. Apply today for a free online advisory check-up.
