Resources can come in many forms, such as videos, infographics, screenshots of your service, questions and answers or even a dedicated help section for parents.
These can include short explanations about your service's key features, how it collects children's data, what their data protection rights are and what the risks of this processing can be. Information should include how children can make a complaint about your service and how parents can help them.
For example, you might provide parents with prompts, hints and tips on how to discuss the data protection concerns, or give them an example complaints form so they can complete it with their child.
