What do we do with the information?
We use the information you send us to help us identify, investigate and take action against organisations causing you concern. To do this, we work alongside other regulators and telephone service providers. We don't respond to concerns individually.

What action has the ICO already taken?
We meet with companies to discuss their compliance with the law and monitor their progress. We also have the power to fine those who break the law, including a recent fine of £350,000.
